For those of you unfamiliar with our company, Klean Industries Inc is a privately-held corporation with technology development facilities in Asia, financial headquarters in Vancouver, Canada and business development offices in Montreal, New York, California, Sweden and London.
Klean is primarily focused on the waste-to-energy (“WTE”) business and applications involving the rapidly emerging renewable energy market which includes the renewable energy credits business. However we active across the entire renewable energy sector though our diversified consulting business that services various projects involved in solar, wind, geothermal and other resource recovery and recycling arenas within the renewable energy sector.
As of 2010 Klean has begun the transition away from 3rd party project consulting to begin building, owning and operating facilities around the globe. These facilities use mainstream commercially proven technologies to produce the high quality fuels and green energy from waste materials. Klean is currently funding and developing a pipeline of mature projects in North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
Klean brings together an international team of award winning experts in deployment of alternative energy solutions along with a portfolio of patented technologies that improve the fuel and energy production and distribution process along the whole length of today’s existing supply-chains.
Specific Klean innovations include waste recycling and resource recovery techniques, scalable and modular micro processing facilities, and carbon-monitoring smart infrastructure. Klean’s primary applications consist of converting waste streams into valuable commodities. Depending on which technology we apply and to which feedstock we process, the commodities produced include pipeline syn-gases, diesel fuel, various oils, methanol, ethanol, carbon blacks, advanced nano materials, steel, fibre, animal feed, fertilizers, composts, dried organics, water, thermal energy, carbon credits and electricity.
We have built this blog for two primary reasons: first, we want to keep all of our followers and stakeholders informed about our projects and the state of market in which we operate. Because we are involved and manage multiple projects, it can be sometimes difficult to keep everyone up to speed and by having this Blog we can report on our efforts and feed information that we think is relevant and that is often over looked in our industry.
Second, and more importantly, we want to engage our followers, have input and dialogue with the people connected to and interested in our company and the sector we participate in.
There many ways to contribute and to be a part of environmental change and we want to be an active voice towards that change and to bring real, meaningful and practical solutions to helping mitigate the negative effects of our current energy issues on our planet. Klean believes that we can all have a positive effect and this principal idea starts with open, honest communication.
